In February 2018, delivery problems caused hundreds of KFC restaurants in the UK to close. Facing such a huge national news story, which everyone in the UK is disappointed about, KFC is clever enough to say what the most majority meant to say – F**K. While every other brand would have just given out an official apologize letter, KFC turns its most symbolic logo into FCK, and launch it in every media form. KFC showcased a brand that is absolutely people friendly.
