Burger King wanted to show that no matter who you are, gay, straight, or bi, we are all the same inside. They executed this in a really simple yet powerful way by changing the name and wrapping of their most famous product: the whopper. I love the twist of how the product inside doesn’t change and stayed the same. Yet because it looks different on the outside, people automatically assumed that something was different with it. This campaign is impactful and empowering because it speaks a truth a lot of people failed to realized.
